Where’s ERIK ESTRADA when you need him as crash site dispute ends with California Highway Patrol officer cuffing firefighter?!

In kooky California, a Chula Vista firefighter responding to a rollover crash accident on the I-805  ended up in handcuffs Tuesday night after a an argument with a CHP officer.

Local San Diego CBS News affiliate KFMB caught the action as cameras rolling around 9:00 PM. when the firefighter and CHP officer got in to a heated dispute over where the fire engine should park,

Neither agency would make an official statement on camera, KFMB said.

News footage shows the officer cuffing the firefighter, who was in his uniform, at the scene of the accident.

Meanwhile, seen in the background footage, other fire crews and CHPs are actually attending to the matter at hand – trying to save lives.

The firefighter was kept cuffed in the back of a CHP vehicle for about 30 minute hour before being released.

Reps from both agencies are meeting to next week to determine what the heck went on.
