Outraged voters are demanding the resignation of a Michigan judge after he gave joint legal custody to a pervert who impregnated a 12-year-old!
Judge Gregory S. Ross made the controversial court ruling in Sandusky, giving rapist Christopher Mirasolo parental rights despited being arrested for having sex with his young victim in 2008.
Mirasolo had already served a prison sentence for raping the 12-year-old. He later served another four-year sentence for sexually assaulting another minor.

The judge’s ruling allowed Mirasolo to have his name added to the child’s birth certificate. He was also given his victim’s home address, despite her protests.
“This is insane,” said Rebecca Kiessling, the attorney representing the unnamed victim — adding that the child had been with two friends on the night of the attack, and that Mirasolo had “threatened to kill them if they told anyone what happened.”
A petition for the removal of Judge Ross (inset) has been launched online. His current term doesn’t expire until December 31, 2020.
