CHARLES MANSON'S 26-year-old fiancée is in a sick romantic triangle with one of the psycho’s favorite deranged disciples!

Afton “Star” Burton skipped a recent visiting session with her 80-year-old convicted serial killer lover to spend time with his pal “Gray Wolf” – real name Craig Carlisle Hammond – on the outside.

The National ENQUIRER caught Afton and Hammond enjoying a date at the Paso Robles Rock and Gem Show.

“They appeared very close, leaning in together to look at rocks and minerals while sharing jokes,” an onlooker said.

Wearing a short sundress and no makeup, Afton was visibly excited to be with her older man, whose gnarled beard, bushy eyebrows and beady eyes give him a striking resemblance to Manson.

While both had been placid and relaxed throughout the day, they became defensive when approached and asked about Afton’s impending marriage to Manson.

Things got even scarier when Hammond, 65, spotted an ENQUIRER videographer.

He grabbed our man in a savage chokehold – after learning we had secured footage of Manson’s would-be prison bride with one of his closest confidantes!

The pair was canoodling only an hour’s drive from the California State Prison in Corcoran, where Manson is serving a life sentence – and where Hammond remains banned after being arrested for trying to smuggle him a cellphone.

In another cruel snub to Manson, Hammond has also become Afton’s personal driver, neighbors told The ENQUIRER.

“We see his old car around here all the time,” said a local resident, who requested anonymity. “He visits the young lady, but I have no idea what they do in that apartment. He’s much older than her, but they seem to get on well. They’re always together.”

Afton had purchased a license to wed Manson last year, but the document expired in February before they could tie the knot.

She continues to wear a wedding band on her wedding finger – although this recent behavior could support Manson’s son, Matthew Roberts, in his charges that Afton is an “opportunistic pariah” only interested in her lover’s fame and fortune.
