Convicted sex offender, a celeb fashion designer who appeared on "America's Top Model", already behind bars for raping and assaulting model wanna-bes in California, cops a deal with Big Apple prosecutors.

As The ENQUIRER previously reported Anand Jon Alexander, 39, appeared on "America's Next Top Model," and had been touted by Newsweek. His website boasted a who-who's of celeb clientele including Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige when he was convicted in Cali.
Alexander was now facing a new 49-count indictment in New York but all were dismissed save one when he copped to a single count of forcing oral sex on a female vic back in February.
The full 49 count indictment against the high couture creep were based on charged that he raped or molested 12 women in the New York area.
Prosecutor Maxine Rosenthal said that the plea deal was made "to spare the victims from having to testify 10 years later."
During the heated proceedings, Rosenthal argued Alexander, 39, is "a predator," and "a threat to the community," demanding he be condemned as a high-risk sex offender.
Judge Cassandra Mullen agreed, branding him a level 3 offender, the highest-risk designation under New York State law.
In exchange for his admission of guilt on the single charge plea deal, prosecutors will turn over crucial legal docs Alexander’s lawyer believes will help him nab an appeal for the sex offender in California where he's already serving a 59-year sentence.
