TINA FEY SAVES A BIRD

"Baby Mama" and "30 Rock" star TINA FEY stopped traffic on a busy Hollywood street when she ordered the pal she was driving with to pull over - then hopped out to save a strutting peacock (...no, NOT ALEC BALDWIN!).

Trying to shoo the full-grown bird with beautiful plumage through the honking traffic, Tina failed miserably - until her friend jumped out to lend a hand.

Once the flipped-out fowl was safe, Tina waited nearly an hour for a wildlife animal rescue officer to arrive, then helped him pop the peacock - which had wandered away from a nearby estate - into a big cage for transport home.
