David Hasselhoff is more than livid - he's got a court order!

The Hoff has officially made ex Pamela Bach homeless after the bitter divorcees had a deal she could stay in one of the Baywatch stars homes until she could sell it.

Well, that took a lot longer than expected so The Hoff went to LA County Superior Court to remove his ex yesterday - which the court granted.

Now Pamela has until January 31 to find new lodgings.

Homeless just after the holidays - you're a mean one, Mr. Hoff!
