New Jersey drama queen GIUDICE allegedly ruined a family’s vay-cay at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic.
According to a lawsuit filed in New York’s Supreme Court, Terrible Terry "popped a bottle of Champagne and began spraying" helter skelter, reportedly hitting patron Yolanda Martinez in the eye.
After Chicago cop Adolfo Arreola asked the crew to "cease harming his 53-year-old mother-in-law,” Teresa’s party posse reportedly"knocked down, kicked, punched, scratched and jumped" Arreola and his cousin Jason Gomez, the filed charges read.
According to the injured parties the suit also names Bravo which asked Arreola and Gomez to sign a waiver doc promising not to sue—because "the violence and mayhem is being fostered by them."
Both underwent surgery for broken arms and legs, the suit claims.
A Bravo rep had no comment.
