THE PEOPLE’S COURT 25th ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

No Purchase Required to Enter or Win. Void Where Prohibited.

1. Eligibility: The People’s Court 25th Anniversary Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal and permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Warner Brothers Domestic Television and American Media Inc., and any of their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by American Media Inc., One Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016 (“Sponsor”). The prize will be supplied by American Media Inc. (“Prize Supplier”)

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 26, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

5. Entry: TO ENTER VIA INTERNET: Beginning at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on August 15, 2008, visit www.nationalenquirer.com Web site and follow “THE PEOPLE’S COURT 25th ANNIVERSARY website Sweepstakes entry directions. Each entry must contain the requested contact information to qualify for the drawing. All internet entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET) on September 26, 2008. Only one internet entry per person and per e-mail address, per day will be accepted. Subsequent entries on a single day will be disqualified. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple internet entries on a single day by using multiple e-mail addresses or otherwise will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. All materials submitted become the property of AMI (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Entries made by any mass duplication, automatic, robotic, or programmed method, or through any sweepstakes entry, notification or related service, or in any manner not in compliance with the requirements of these Official Rules are invalid and will be disqualified.

6. Drawing: On or about October 10, 2008. Sponsors will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsors will attempt to notify the potential winner within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, Sponsors will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received.

7. Requirements of the Potential Winner: Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, Sponsors will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received. Winner’s guest must sign a liability/publicity release, except where prohibited. If guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian.

8. One (1) Prize: The winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Cabo San Lucas or Cancun, for 7 days 6 nights. Prize includes roundtrip coach-class airfare on a carrier of Prize Supplier’s choice from the major airport closest to the winner’s home in the United States, seven (7) days, six (6) nights, double occupancy accommodations at hotel to be selected by Prize Supplier in their sole discretion. (ARV: $3,000.00). All expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, telephone calls, gratuities, and souvenirs, are solely the winner’s responsibility. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates and must be completed by December 31, 2009. Restrictions may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable value. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of prize.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

11. INTERNET: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the authorized website address of www.nationalenquirer.com. Entries made by any other individual or entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial contest subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this contest. Neither Sponsor, any telephone network, nor service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete damaged, postage-due, mutilated or misdirected entries or entries not properly forwarded to Sponsor. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.nationalenquirer.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action.

12. Release: By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and/ or Prize Supplier each of their respective related companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

13. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or printing errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property including, but not limited to, death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

14. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

15. PRIVACY/OPT-IN: Any information entrants provide to the Sponsor will be used to communicate with entrant in relation to these Sweepstakes. Sponsor may also share this information with third parties who are participating in this program. Sponsor or third parties may contact entrants at a future date about services the Sponsor believes entrants will find of interest.

16. Official Rules and Winners List: To obtain Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: American Media Inc., THE PEOPLE’S COURT 25th Anniversary Sweepstakes, One Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017, for receipt by October 24, 2008. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
