FRANKLY SCARLETT, YOU'RE ENGAGED

Ryan Reynolds, the Canadian actor best known as National Lampoon's Van Wilder has nabbed beauteous Scarlet Johansson. 

Well, they're engaged anyway.

For those of you keeping score out there, SJ was previously betrothed to squinty-eyed Josh Harnett while recently Ryan ankled  a four-year affair with Alanis Morissette. 

As previously reported in The ENQUIRER, Scarlett's manager mom Melanie doesn't like the 31 year-old Ryan. 

Despite Ryan's attempts to win over the Mel-Mom, insiders say the feeling isn't mutual.
