Saucy tamale Salma Hayek under fire!

The Once Upon a Time in Mexico thesp is facing legal action from  a disgruntled ex-employee after a business deal went south.

The Oscar nommed Hayek is being sued by Alejandro Artigas who previously managed a company owned by Salma and her bro Sami.

Files filed at LA County Superior Court accused the Hayeks of "wrongfully seeking his removal" as well as "fraud/mismanagement and/or abuse."

The papers ask for dissolution of the sibs' company and a receiver appointed to manage the business.

"It was an investment deal that was no good for anyone, and we'll fight the lawsuit vigorously," Sami Hayek and his lawyer Bob Weiss responded.
