RYAN O NEAL’S blistering attack on FARRAH FAWCETT portrait coveter, says in legal docs he’ll never part with it even if he’s dead!

As THE ENQUIRER reported previously O’Neal is in a pitched legal battle with the University of Texas for possession of the prized Andy Warhol mixed-media portrait.

But now, Ryan has sued  a former associate of longtime GF Farrah Fawcett’s, claiming this individual is responsible for the college’s attempt.

In a defamation lawsuit filed against Craig Nevius, O’Neal is seeking more than $1 million in damages, blaming Nevius for the  lawsuit filed last week by the University of Texas against O'Neal for the Farrah art.

"O'Neal has no intention of ever parting with it during his lifetime, and upon his death he intends to bequeath it to his son and Ms. Fawcett's only child, Redmond O'Neal," the lawsuit states.

Nevius and O'Neal have sparred for years over Farrah — in life and in death.

Nevius collaborated with Farrah on a documentary aboiut her cancer battler.  He sued O’Neal claiming the “Love Story” thesp interfered in the project. Nevius had him removed from the filmt shortly before Farrah’s death in Fawcett's 2009.

The lawsuit was later dismissed.

Nevius called the latest lawsuit an attempt to "further harass me into silence."

He further challenged O’Neal’s claims, "This is less about the portrait of Farrah Fawcett by Andy Warhol than it is about certain actions and events that occurred during the last few years of Farrah's life which I have knowledge of and that he (and others) would prefer me to never speak about."
