Oprah Winfrey doesn't hear the word "no" very often, but that's exactly what Rosie O'Donnell said when Oprah offered her the opportunity to appear on her hit daytime show to discuss her upcoming book, Celeb Detox.

The New York Post's Page Six says Rosie will dish about her book, in which bashes Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Donald Trump among others, with ABC's Diane Sawyer.

"Rosie has always been booked with Diane," says O'Donnell's rep. "We gracefully declined Oprah's offer. I'm sure Rosie will do Oprah's show another time."
