Former Yankees and Red Sox pitching ace Roger Clemens pitched woo to a country singing star for more than a decade – a source told The New York Daily News!

After hitting country stardom in the mid- 90s, McCready saw Clemens frequently, flying with him to Vegas and New York. 

According to a source of the newspaper, the two both stayed at a chic SoHo hotel, sharing a cigar with both Michael Jordan and Monica Lewinsky. 

The source claims that hidden in McCready's album liner notes were secret love letters to the hard throwing Rocket.

Clemens' lawyer, Rusty Hardin, confirmed a long term relationship between curveballer and warbler but denied it was sexual.

"He's considered her a close family friend," the litigator stated.

The seven-time Cy Young Award winning pitcher, Clemens, is already in hot water. 

He's under investigation for perjuring himself in the baseball steroid scandal.
