A MAN known as “Bear” was outed by “Wired” author Bob Woodward as a go-to cocaine source for Robin Williams and John Belushi.
Then a musician who worked with Belushi on “The Blues Brothers” soundtrack, “Bear didn’t think of himself as a dealer,” Bob Woodward wrote in his Belushi biography, “Wired.”
“But a number of people, including John and actor Robin Williams, considered him someone who could provide cocaine regularly.”
In “Wired,” the man identified as “Bear” recalled times when Williams “split a gram with me or something,” and added: “Let me tell you – f------ cocaine is like paint; it’s everywhere.”
After Williams’ death, The National ENQUIRER tracked down the dealer, now a Los Angeles businessman, who said: “Just like everybody says, it’s a great loss. I’m very sad.”
