Italo sex goddess GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA wins battle against fortune hunting son in contentious legal war over her millions.
Gina, 87, walloped her only son and heir Andrea Mirko Skofic who tried to gain control of her estate contending she was under the spell of her many toyboy admirers.
Skofic had made a play for Gina’s gold including vast tracts of land in Italy and Monte Carlo to be managed by a court-appointed administrator.
“‘My mother needs an administrator - I fear she may no longer be capable of handling her affairs by herself,” Skofic said.
His still-sexy mom had been making time with a “'very young manager”, Italian media reported, which gave Skofic reason for “concern”.
But a judge in Rome rejected his request, ruling that the Gina was more than perfectly capable of managing her own finances.
According to a statement, the judge's ruling “found that Ms Lollobrigida had no need of an administrator as she is, from a mental point of view, autonomous, coherent and lucid, in the light of an excellent interview with her.”
As The ENQUIRER reported previously Gina won a war with a playboy who once claimed to have married the “Trapeze” beauty who was also making a play for her dough. Gina had no memory of marrying him nor could he produce any legal record of the nups.
