Dutch thug JORAN VAN DER SLOOT throws “human rights” monkey wrench into the slow turning wheels of justice.
Van der Sloot filed a lawsuit against government of Chile, charging his “human rights” were violated when he was extradited from Chile to Peru after an Interpol manhunt .
Joran, 24, is seeking $10 million in damages.
His lawsuit claims "pressure from the then-President of the Republic Alan Garcia Perez" was exerted to extradite him in the murder case of Stephany Flores.
The lawsuit argues Chilean police denied van der Sloot access to a telephone or computer so he could communicate with his family, alleging he was "deprived of his right to counsel."
Van der sloot’s bombshell lawsuit implicates former Peruvian Minister of Interior Octavio Salazar, former police generals Miguel Hidalgo and Cesar Guardia, and Ricardo Flores, the father of murder victim Stephany Flores, as co-conspirators.
Van der Sloot, a long-time suspect in the disappearance of an American teen in Aruba, stands accused of the murder of Flores, 21, a Peruvian business student, found dead in his hotel room in Lima on June 2, 2010.
Van der Sloot has been charged with first-degree murder and robbery in that case.
Joran who has a history of confessing and then recanting denied confessing to the Flpores murder, saying it was done under “duress”.
Peruvian television program "El Dominical" reported van der Sloot's newest criminal complaint is currently under review by the Inter- American Commission on Human Rights.
Van der Sloot’s attempt to slog the judicial system comes just days after a January 6 ntrial date was announced in the Flores murder case.
