Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss is so terrified her ex-fiancé Tom Sizemore is going to kill her that she's moving to Australia to get away from him!
"I'm Tom's target as long as I'm in Hollywood," Heidi told a friend. "I've got to get out of here."
"Dreamcatcher" star Tom was arrested on May 8 for threatening to knock out Heidi's teeth, harm her family and even kill her, authorities say. He's been charged with 16 misdemeanors, including vandalism, threatening to inflict injury to a person or property, corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition and making about 100 harassing phone calls.
Tom, 38, was also charged with intimidating a witness, because Heidi is expected to testify at his trial on earlier charges of assaulting his girlfriend, Brooke Ford, last December.
Following his May 8 arrest, the actor was released on $100,000 bond and a protective order was issued forbidding him to come within 100 yards of Heidi. But that hasn't put Heidi's mind at rest, friends say.
"Tom is making Heidi afraid for her life," a close friend of Heidi told The ENQUIRER. "He left messages on Heidi's answering machine threatening her life and her brother Jesse's life. He said in more than one message that he would cut her throat.
"Heidi is so afraid Tom will do what he says that she's going to leave the country. She's seen something in Tom while they were together to make her think he's capable of murder."
Tom has been threatening Heidi since she broke off their engagement last fall, a pal said.
"Recently it has gotten worse," said the pal. "Heidi kept a log of the calls and made tapes of his messages, which may be used as evidence."
A publicist for Tom Sizemore issued a press release denying Heidi's allegations.
"Her defamatory charges are a pathetic attempt to 'get back' at Mr. Sizemore for ending their relationship," the release stated.
"Mr. Sizemore will defend his good name and expects to be vindicated."
The actor faces up to 13 years in prison if convicted on the latest charges.
