Coming soon to Broadway: "Hilary Duff vs. Lindsay Lohan: The Musical."
That's the logical next step in the feud that erupted last year when Lohan went ballistic after learning that Duff was dating her ex-boyfriend, singer Aaron Carter.
And the feud has just gotten nastier with a vicious new song.
ON AND ON
In the days and weeks following the feud's beginning there were published reports that:
Lohan, 18, poked fun at 17-year-old Duff on "Saturday Night Live."
Duff said of Lohan: "Sometimes I feel like I really hate her."
Lohan tried to weasel her way into the camera view while Duff was being interviewed for "Entertainment Tonight."
Duff tried to get Lohan tossed from the premiere of her film "Cheaper by the Dozen"--and banned from the premiere of her movie "A Cinderella Story."
Lohan and Duff scuffled while doing a photo shoot for Vanity Fair magazine.
Lohan left snotty messages on Duff's answering machine.
Duff hung up a dartboard in her Hollywood apartment with Lohan's face on it.
In the latest flareup, Duff is accused of taking direct aim at Lohan in a song on her self-titled CD.
The lyrics for "Haters" includes these lines: "You're the queen of superficiality/ Keep your lies out of my reality" and "You say your boyfriend's sweet and kind/But you still got your eyes on mine."
