Britney Spears is suing Florida's Clear Channel Communications over a series of billboards advertising one of their station's morning shows with pictures of Brit's bald head next to headlines Certifiable, Shock Therapy, and Total Nut!
Clear Channel promised to take the billboards down two weeks ago, but, oops, they didn't. Spears' lawyer Lynda Goldman says it is "outrageous and extreme" that the company did not fulfill their promise and that her client is entitled to "very substantial damages" for abuse of her multi-million dollar likeness. Now Spears and her legal team demand photo proof that the billboards are gone.
