Creepy double murder acquitee OJ SIMPSON is still working the system to cut an appeal in his conviction.
The Juice's lawyers are asking the Nevada Supreme Court to reconsider their dismissal of an appeal in Simpson's armed robbery and kidnapping conviction.
A Nevada court clerk confirmed that the request had been made.
Simpson's attorney Yale Galanter said that the three-panel judge misunderstood several key arguments.
Galanter maintains the defense that that OJ claimed he was retrieving personal items from two sports memorabilia dealers in a Vegas casino hotel room September 2008.
Simpson and co-defendant Clarence "C.J." Stewart were convicted on the charges.
As The ENQUIRER reported previously the Supreme Court rejected Simpson's appeal last month, but granted Stewart a new trial.
Meanwhile, Simpson is serving nine to 33 years in state prison and is said to be suicidal despite his posse of transsexual inmates who call him "Daddy Juice".
