Tim Curry — the original killer clown from the classic TV miniseries “It” — was still struggling to recover from a stroke as the big-screen adaptation of the Stephen King novel came to the multiplexes! Now the horror hit from 2017 is filming its second installment with Bill Skarsgård returning as the creepy clown Pennywise. The movie also renewed interest in the 1990 miniseries that found Tim a new following from fans too young to remember him from “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Sadly, it seems that “It: Chapter Two” will be released with Tim still confined to a wheelchair. An upcoming Rhode Island appearance in Nov. also reveals that the struggling star remains unable to sign autographs in front of the adoring fans who still gather to see him at conventions.
