The world first began to learn of Woods' shocking secret life when he was chased out of his Windermere, Fla., estate by his outraged wife Elin Nordegren in the early morning hours of November 27. After she reportedly scratched his face, sources say he jumped into his Cadillac Escalade and tore out of the driveway with Elin chasing after him before plowing into some bushes. His neighbor Jarius Adams later told cops that Woods was bleeding — and added that he didn't smell any booze on the sportsman's breath!

Elin then approached the officers and gave them bottles of Vicodin and Ambien — respectively, a powerful narcotic and sedative. She told the investigating officers that her husband had taken the pills. The police requested approval to test the golfer's blood — but, in a lucky break for Woods, a judge refused the request, sparing him a possible earlier DUI charge for narcotics!
