Twisted baby killer Susan Smith has gotten a glam makeover from her jailbird squad! The notorious married mom — who coldheartedly drowned her two adorable tots in 1994 — has used cash from sleazy suitors and demented murder groupies to pay off prison pals to transform her into the cellblock homecoming queen, sources told
The National ENQUIRER.

“Susan is very arrogant, but she gets other inmates to do things for her because she has tons of money in her account!” former inmate Josephine Perry, who served time with Smith at South Carolina’s high security Leath Correctional Institute, revealed to The ENQUIRER.

Smith’s latest prison mugshot from August (center) shows she’s come a long way from the plain-Jane soccer mom who shocked the world when she drowned her two toddler sons in 1994. The now 44-year-old convict has lost a substantial amount of weight, and her once frizzy mop has been colored and straightened into a sleek style.

“Susan’s got a whole crew of girls who get her whatever she needs, including all the beauty products she wants,” blabbed another prison snitch. “They even do her hair for her.” Smith ramped up her new look with eyeliner, pink lip gloss — and a killer smirk!

The fiendish mom is
serving a life sentence for coldly strapping her helpless kids — Michael, 3, and 14-months-old Alex — into the back of the family car and
rolling the vehicle into a cold, murky lake. She later held a tearful press conference about her "missing" boys who she claimed had been kidnapped in a carjacking.

The horrific truth was that the two innocent boys had become a stumbling block to her affair with a local wealthy man — prompting her to
kill her children as part of a plot to leave her husband David (pictured here at the funeral service for his sons).

Former inmate Christie Leann Smith told The ENQUIRER that Susan now meets men on prison pen-pal websites — and hustles them to put $30 to $50 into her commissary account. “Susan usually uses her squad of paid cellmates to help her score anything from pills to beauty products,” said another former inmate. “She’s running quite a racket.”
