Supermodel Stephanie Seymour appeared in Superior Court in Stamford, Conn., today, where she applied for two programs that could lead to the dismissal of a drunken-driving charge and a charge of leaving the scene of a crash.

The glamorous beauty, 47, declined to answer questions from reporters as she entered the courthouse. Dressed in black from head to toe, Steph answered questions from Judge Auden Grogins. She told him she has no prior convictions.

The “Victoria's Secret” and “Sports Illustrated” model applied for an alcohol-diversion program for the drunken-driving case, and accelerated rehabilitation for the second case. If she successfully completes the program, the charges will be dismissed.

Stephanie lives in nearby Greenwich, Conn., where she was arrested on Jan. 15, after state police said she crashed into a utility pole on Stanwich Road in Greenwich, left the scene and then later backed into another vehicle at a stop sign on an Interstate 95 exit ramp.

The official report said: "After six or seven requests for her license, registration and insurance, she finally was able to fumble through her purse, as she handed over her Connecticut driver's license, along with a credit card."

According to cops, the statuesque model had “bloodshot eyes” and was unsteady on her feet. After she refused to take a field sobriety test, she was arrested on a charge of DUI and unsafe backing.

As a result of the alleged Stanwich Road crash, Greenwich police just yesterday announced that they had charged the model with evading responsibility and failure to drive in a proper lane. The investigating officer said he was able to match several pieces of a vehicle left at the crash scene to damage on Stephanie’s Land Rover.
