Sharon Osbourne has been left crippled with pain after failed spinal surgery — with pals fearing that husband Ozzy Osbourne will soon be cheating again on his ailing wife!

The host of “The Talk” can barely hobble along, sources tell The National ENQUIRER — always keeping a death grip on a cane or leaning on a companion as she takes shuffling baby steps. “Sharon’s still in a lot of pain. She can’t even stand up without wincing!” dished a source. “This has been really hard on her. She’s used to being the ball-buster of the family, but delicate back surgery has left her weak.”

The once feisty redhead is also gobbling pain meds after going under the knife a second time for what she called a “trapped nerve” in her back. But no one is keeping watch on Sharon’s cheating hubby Ozzy, insiders told The ENQUIRER. Cancer survivor Sharon kicked Ozzy out after his four-year affair with Beverly Hills hairdresser Michelle Pugh was exposed last year — but took him back just a few months later.

“Sharon’s forgiven Ozzy, but there’s still a cloud hanging over her with that one,” spilled the source. “She was laid up in bed for six weeks straight after spinal surgery, and she constantly wondered where Ozzy was. She can’t keep her eye on him 24/7. But Ozzy’s going to tour with his old bandmates this summer, and there will be tons of groupies around trying to get their hands on him. That’s the fear, at least!”

“Everyone’s afraid that another betrayal by Ozzy will send her over the edge,” added the pal. Sharon — who’s admitted to undergoing gastric band surgery and extensive cosmetic surgery — has already confessed she wants only one thing from a man. “I’m lucky that I can support myself,” said Sharon, who also manages her husband’s career. “I really don’t need anything from a man other than love!”
