lawsuit in which the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star, 44, claimed Tanner, Mainstain, Glynn & Johnson ignored a 2013 invoice for her Screen Actors Guild health insurance premium. “Shannen believes wholeheartedly that if they had paid her premiums, she would have gone to the doctors as she always had,” a source said. “They would have discovered the cancer a lot earlier!” When she re-enrolled, doctors discovered “invasive breast cancer metastatic to at least one lymph node.” Shannen was told that her cancer spread in 2014 while she was uninsured.
