John Nelson was reportedly the sole holdout. But it turned out that Alfred Jackson's mere presence in the courtroom might have been a major victory for Prince's half-brother! TMZ reported that he had to meet with his lawyer this past weekend to present police with papers that showed he was mentally competent.

A missing persons report had been filed on Alfred, who has been living in a VA facility. Sources said that he suspected a sibling had anonymously filed the report in a bid to have him declared of unsound mind — freeing up more money for the rest of the family!

That family might be growing, though. As Prince's immediate survivors met in the courtroom, other court papers were being filed by Darcell Gresham Johnston — who claims that she's a long-lost half-sister of Prince. Darcell reportedly claims to be the daughter of jazz singer Mattie Shaw. Although some siblings had supposedly never heard of Darcell, she's already participated in one court hearing!
