The chilling papers obtained by watchdog group Judicial Watch show the deadly accuracy that Mateen had developed with a range of deadly weapons — even as a former gay lover claimed the ISIS terrorist was really seeking revenge

Before
slaughtering 49 revelers at the gay nightclub Pulse in Orlando, Mateen had undergone 28 hours of classroom and firearms range training. That included being scored on weapons including revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. From 2007 to 2015, Mateen's testing on firing ranges showed a deadly average of 95% accuracy — with the killer often hitting 97%!

Mateen received the deadly equivalent of a 99% score at the end of his training with a Smith & Wesson .357 cal. revolver. The secret psycho also received a written exam score of 100 on a test about the Smith & Wesson firearm!

Mateen performed only slightly worse at the firing range with a a semi-automatic pistol — and once again scored 100 on the written exam. (The photo here shows the aftermath of a shot taken by Mateen at a police officer — who, thankfully, was protected by his kevlar helmet.)

The documents include a 2007 "Agency Character Certification" signed by a Miami psychiatrist evaluating Mateen for employment by G4s (then known as Wackenhut). That form has Dr Carol Nudelman confirming
the aspiring gay terrorist to be "mentally and emotionally stable."

Dr. Nudelman, however, has since insisted that she didn't live in Florida at the time. She also says that she wasn't performing any evaluations for Wackenhut in 2007.

In another troubling twist, one test that Mateen took in August 2014 was held at the St. Lucie Shooting Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Sadly, that would be the same locale where Mateen would later legally purchase weapons used to slaughter the innocent patrons at the Pulse nightclub.
