Andre Warner, Gary Terrell Gray and Joshua Ellington have all been charged with murder, as police say that one of the them allegedly shot Adam in the head. “I think the plan was that he get robbed and that they take his stuff,” said Auburndale Police Deputy Chief Andy Ray — with a police report adding: “Hilarie was begging for his life, he was not putting up any kind of fight, and was telling them that he had a 5-year-old daughter.”
