Mariah Carey's had some intimate secrets exposed by celebrity masseur Dr. Dot Stein — a New Jersey therapist whose bizarre speciality includes biting megastars like Paul McCartney, Faye Dunaway, Kanye West, Heidi Klum and Katy Perry!

Dr. Dot provides a lot of services, but her massaging bites have give her some fame — and she blasted Mariah as a picky client in an interview with Architectural Digest. “It’s a huge production to massage [Mariah],” said Dr. Dot. “She doesn’t want anyone touching her bedsheets.”

“She refuses to lie on a massage table,” added the masseuse — who also made it clear that Mariah wasn't interested in her speciality: “God forbid my saliva would have touched her. She would have erupted!”
