Insiders told The National ENQUIRER that Kate has slapped her fiancé Justin Verlander with a baby ban — because they can't even manage cleaning up their dogs’ doo-doo! The cover girl, 24, made her confession to pals during a Los Angeles fashion bash, saying: “We’ve talked about kids. I come from a big family. But at the moment we argue about who’s looking after the dogs!”

The swimsuit model — billed as "Kate the Great" on the issues of Sports Illustrated — may also need to settle down some before becoming a mother. The bathing beauty spilled that her wedding plans include a boozy reception in California’s Napa Valley or France, said our spy. “When a girlfriend suggested she get married at a vineyard, Kate joked, ‘Or a tequila factory!’”
