Johnny Depp & Amber Heard Settle Dirty Divorce

Johnny Depp has survived damaging video of his drunken rants against estranged wife Amber Heard — joining his bisexual bride in announcing that their dirty divorce case is settled! Legal documents have been filed in Los Angeles that include Amber's dismissal of a restraining order against the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, after she accused him of domestic violence!

As covered by The National ENQUIRER, Johnny's lawyers brought out plenty of witnesses to dispute Amber's claim that the star had once hit her with a cell phone — only to be hit by more video that Amber had secretly taken of Johnny drunkenly ranting in the kitchen! "This tape is abusive behavior by any definition," said a counselor specializing in domestic violence.

Amber won't be able to refile assault charges against Johnny, and the case is now resolved along with their bitter divorce negotiations. Johnny wed Amber without a prenup in February 2013 —  after she’d split with her lesbian lover Tasya van Ree.

The ENQUIRER earlier revealed how Amber had originally demanded $50,000 a month in support during the divorce. According to court filings, Amber earns $10,000 a month, but winds up $44,000 in the hole every four weeks.

She cited monthly expenses including $10,000 on rent, $10,000 for “entertainment, gifts and vacations” and a whopping $2,000 to eat out!

Sources say that Johnny finally paid off Amber with a $7 million settlement — with the couple trying to put an end to any more gossip. Johnny and Amber released a statement that their "relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love." In an unusual addition, their statement insists: "Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains."
