Drug-Crazed College Kid Caught Eating A Man’s Face

This is the college student who police say became a zonked-out cannibal after getting high on the drug Flakka — as cops found Austin Harrouff sitting in gore on a driveway while eating the face of John Joseph Stevens III. The body of John's wife, Michelle Mischon, was discovered in the nearby garage.

This is the college student who police say became a zonked-out cannibal after getting high on the drug Flakka — as cops found Austin Harrouff sitting in gore on a driveway while eating the face of John Joseph Stevens III. Police in Tequesta, Fla., were called to the shocking scene after the drug-crazed sophomore from Florida State University  attacked another local who had tried to save the lives of his neighbors. When officers arrived, they found Harrouff — who has no previous arrests — ripping the flesh off of John's face. An officer attempted to pull the 19-year-old off the body, and even Tasered the drug-crazed student.

Two more officers eventually arrived on the scene, and were able to subdue Harrouff with the help of a police dog. Sheriff William Snyder said: "He was biting the victim on the face and actually removing pieces of his face with his teeth. This appears to be a completely random attack." John and Michelle (pictured) were believed to have been first stabbed like their neighbor — who is recovering at a local hospital with "severe injuries."

Flakka is a popular drug in many areas across America, and is sadly familiar to Florida authorities.
