Country music fans all over the world celebrated
Dolly Parton's 72nd birthday on January 19, 2018, and the country queen has been busier than ever — with
The National ENQUIRER there for some of her most inspiring and shocking moments...
The ENQUIRER got the story on Dolly's first kiss — which helped turn the country songstress into the woman that she is today! Dolly dished on the big moment that happened when she was cutting her first record at just 12 years old, and became distracted by the son of the man who owned the studio.
"He was dark with what I would later come to know as 'bedroom eyes,'" said Dolly. "I had known boys back home, but they were, for the most part, rough country bumpkins. He was so sweet and gentle with me — and he really knew how to kiss! He would hold my head in his hands and kiss me till my knees went weak. My life changed quite a bit on that trip!"

But longtime fans were shocked when Dolly was less forthcoming about if she'd ever cheated on her husband Carl. "People always ask me if I've had extramarital affairs, and you can draw your own conclusions," said Dolly. "All I will say is that my husband Carl is a wonderful man and we'll be together till one of us dies!"
"I wouldn't want to know if he was having an affair," she continued, "and he wouldn't want to know if I was." The sexy superstar has weathered
rumors of a lesbian relationship over her 40-year friendship with high school pal Judy Ogle. She's also been accused of flings with
Burt Reynolds and country Casanova
Billy Ray Cyrus. The ENQUIRER also had the scoop on how Dolly carried on a six-year affair with her ex-bodyguard
Mark Kiracofe in the '90s.

A lot of fans were startled when The ENQUIRER broke the big news that Dolly had hooked up with fellow country star and pal Kenny Rogers! Despite decades of denials, the two once ended up in the sack together, sources claimed to The ENQUIRER. “Kenny and Dolly did the deed — it happened way back in the 1980s when they were working together,” a Nashville insider said.
A second inside source said: “They were on top of the world at the time with their duet and No. 1 hit — ‘Islands in the Stream.’ They
were performing together, and they just sort of fell into each other’s arms one night. It happened in Las Vegas!” But Kenny's insisted: “We just teased each other all [about] it” — adding: “I’ll guarantee you everybody thinks we did.”

The country queen was upfront with The ENQUIRER about how she keeps looking younger than her age. "A 'real' Dolly Parton's difficult to imagine by now," she quipped. "Hell, I wouldn't recognize her if I saw her!"
"That's when I do something about it," Dolly added, "and I'll continue to do so as the need arises — or, in my case, falls!" Over the years, the curvy performer has
had a variety of plastic surgeries, including breast implants and a breast-lift, cheek implants, collagen injections in her lips and a laser skin peel. But the results haven't always been perfect. Dolly underwent surgery to have a breast implant replaced in 1992 after it began leaking silicone.

The ENQUIRER was there when Dolly was devastated by the death of her longtime friend Tammy Wynette (pictured). Dolly told a reporter that she grieved so hard that she had to take some time off from her career to compose herself."Tammy and I spent many hours talking about our thin hair and wigs," laughed Dolly. "I think that's why God gave us talent, because he screwed up our hair so bad!"
Her fans also don't have to worry about Dolly changing her very personal style as she enters her 70s. "I'm sure I look stupid or trashy to other people," said Dolly, who also revealed her thoughts on never having children. "Folks say to me, 'Aren't you getting too old' to wear that kind of stuff?' But this is who I am — all the paint, powder, and polka-dots."
"Age doesn't bother me," she added. "I'm the luckiest person in the world. I don't regret
not having a family of my own. I've got more family than I can handle. In the early days, Carl and I used to think we wanted kids...Now I realize that God didn't intend for me to have kids so I could be everybody's mama and everybody's granny!"

Dolly has had her own problems with family, though. The ENQUIRER had the scoop when she battled her own relatives to keep her beloved father on life support in 2000. "I believe in miracles," insisted devoted Dolly, whose father, Robert Lee Parton, had been struck down by three strokes and a heart attack within just a few weeks.
An insider disclosed, "Dolly refused to believe her papa was slipping away. She's always loved him incredibly." The life-or-death drama began when Robert Lee first suffered a mild stroke. "He came home from the local hospital and Dolly brought in round-the-clock nursing," said a close friend. Sadly, her father would finally pass away on Nov. 19, 2000. Her mother, Avie Lee, would die three years later.

The ENQUIRER also looked into Dolly's finances, and can confirm that the country superstar doesn't have to worry about money. She ended the '90s with a personal worth estimated at $500 million!
Her
Dollywood theme park in eastern Tennessee, draws two million visitors a year. She also has an entire warehouse crammed with thousands of costumes and shoes. Dolly keeps a home near Nashville, but she also has huge homes in California and New York. And when Dolly wants to get dolled up, she turns to her collection of more than 200 wigs!

It looks like Dolly will continue to make an impression on the entertainment biz, too — with The ENQUIRER reporting that her goddaughter
Miley Cyrus wanted bodacious boobs just like her godmother. "She’s desperate to have more womanly curves,” revealed a family friend — and lots of Miley's fans believed she had the surgery in 2016!
