A tourist went swimming in Uganda's Lake Victoria — only to have his leg viciously torn off by a hungry crocodile! As seen here, the unfortunate vacationer had his leg severed with one cruel chomp. The lake is populated by the Nile crocodile, an exceptionally dangerous species even among its own kind. Authorities estimate that the Nile crocodile kills "hundreds" of human victims each year.

This man managed to survive the initial attack, and received assistance from locals and members of the Uganda Peoples’ Defense Forces. His current condition is unknown.
