Famed forensic investigator Dr. Henry Lee noted that he and his fellow experts were only allowed to do a " visual inspection" of bone fragments with a magnifying glass — but were unable to examine them with a microscope.

Dr. Lee added that the private forensics team was unable to perform chemical tests — or examine other evidence, such as clothing and biological samples. "It's a total outrage these things have not been done," blasted godfather Charles Iseman as Chandra was buried. "We think it is vital that the investigation be reinvigorated by an independent team."
