Cosby brought in his powerful attorneys to try dodging Andrea Constand's bombshell claims about being drugged by the star in 2004. Another judge ruled that new District Attorney Kevin Steele (pictured) could pursue the charges, Cosby's lawyers were insisting that their client "never would have testified if the Commonwealth had not promised that he would never be prosecuted.” The lawyers also blamed Andrea for waiting more than a year before going to police to make claims against Cosby.
