Creepy Cosby Laughs His Way Into Court!

Bill Cosby was in a great mood while heading into the Montgomery County Courthouse in Pennsylvania today — fresh from beating a sexual assault case in Los Angeles, and confident that a starstruck DA in his home state would help convince a judge that he was promised immunity for rape charges in 2004!

While there were rumors of a settlement, Cosby's legal team was still happy to see that blonde beauty Chloe Goins had dropped civil charges that he molested her at the Playboy mansion! She claimed that Cosby had given her a drink during Hugh Hefner's annual Midsummer Night's Dream Party on Aug. 9, 2008, and then she lost consciousness. When she awakened, she found her toes in the shamed comedian’s mouth — and he was touching himself!

With that suit behind him, Cosby's lawyers are concentrating on having the criminal case in Pennsylvania tossed out of court. Crusading DA Kevin Steele made a campaign promise to put Cosby on trial for raping Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby's legal team says that Steele's opponent — former DA Bruce Castor — had promised to never bring charges against him over the alleged rape back in 2004!

In a blow for the prosecution, Castor admitted that he didn't think Cosby could be convicted on charges that he had drugged and raped Andrea in the comic's Pennsylvania home. Castor insisted that he was trying to help Andrea by setting up her civil suit. "I was hopeful that I had made Ms. Constand a millionaire," he testified — leading many legal experts to agree that Cosby has a good chance of walking away from the new charges!
