Loyal Camille Sticking With Bill’s ‘Cosby Commandments!’
Camille Cosby may still have to testify in a defamation lawsuit filed against her husband in a sexual-assault case — but The ENQUIRER knows why her disgraced husband isn't worried! Bill bragged to The ENQUIRER back in 1990 that Camille "is totally committed" to him. At the time, few knew that Cosby was talking about Camille putting up with his compulsive womanizing — now made worse by multiple claims from women that Cosby drugged and raped them! 25 years later, The ENQUIRER looks back at how the showbiz legend talked about creating "Cosby's Commandments" for a failing marriage. Check out the creepy comic's marital advice, and see how he bragged about Camille suffering for him!
Cosby Commandment #1: Live Up To The Part Of Your Marriage Vows That Said ‘For Better Or Worse’
"No couple can expect to live happily ever after," said Cosby, even before knowing the future of his own troubled union. "Every marriage gets hit by problems — financial hardship, sick kids, personal troubles. Many spouses retreat when the going gets rough. But that's when you and your mate must cling together and find strength in each other. If you notice your spouse is hurting over a problem, sit down and talk it out. Look for solutions and solve the problem together. Getting through hard times together can make a marriage rock-solid. Be there for your mate night and day. Camille and I often tell each other: 'There's no problem life can throw our way that we can't handle. We'll beat it together.' And we always have."

Cosby Commandment #2: Be Your Mate’s Best Friend
Cosby demonstrated this commandment with a story about Camille torturing herself for her husband! "Do things with your spouse that you know he or she enjoys, even though sometimes you'd rather be doing something else," he declared. "For example, a few years ago I had a sauna built for our house. Now, Camille would happily have gone into quicksand rather than that sauna. She told me, 'Honey, I can't take that kind of heat' — but in spite of that, she agreed to try the sauna with me. We took off our clothes and walked into this 6- by 6-foot wooden room, and pretty soon Camille's eyes were rolling back in her head as the temperature topped 145 degrees. She was miserable, but it was deeply moving to see what my wife would do in the name of love!"
Cosby Commandment #3: Show Your Affection Daily To Your Mate
"At the end of each day," said Cosby, "Camille and I always reach out to each other and kiss and hug, then tell each other: 'Honey, I missed you today.' Try it yourself and you'll be surprised what a warm and loving feeling it will give your marriage!"
Cosby Commandment #4: Cherish Your Memories
"The heart of marriage is memories," the then-respected star told The ENQUIRER. "So keep a photograph album. Fill it with your wedding pictures and photos of your babies, vacations, holidays and other happy events. When times are tough, pull out that album and review it together. It will serve as a great reminder that no matter how much you're hurting now, it's all been worthwhile — and happy times will come again!"
