North Korea had previously shown restraint in using state-sanctioned killings — but ever since the United Nations Security Council forced tougher sanctions on the country in March, the country is wreaking havoc. Reports say that the leader is “feeling anxious about his personal safety, and has even implemented additional measures for detecting explosives and poison!”
