Aaron Hernandez revealed his murderous motive for the death of Odin Lloyd with his own suicide note to a gay lover — but now the killer NFL star is set to be found innocent!

The disgraced tight end for the New England Patriots hung himself in his prison cell while serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin, with investigators now believing he'd panicked that the man dating his fiancée's sister knew about his secret gay life!

As reported by The National ENQUIRER, a legal loophole meant that Hernandez could have all charges dismissed against him after his death. Now court papers show that his attorneys have formally filed to have all charges dismissed just a day after the killer was buried.

Officials at the  Bristol district attorney's office in Massachusetts confirmed that the motion had been filed in Superior Court — adding that prosecutors will be opposing the motion.
