ER hush-hush BABY SECRET

description

ER is hiding a secret pregnancy!

Actress Parminder Nagra — who plays Dr. Neela Rasgotra — is expecting a baby, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively. But fans of the long-running NBC series won’t see her growing belly — the actress and producers have decided not to include the pregnancy in the story line as they film the show’s final season.

“Parminder is thrilled beyond belief about this baby,” a pal told The ENQUIRER.

“But with the show in its last season, she doesn’t want to take anything away from the fanfare. She’s happy to be filmed standing behind counters or other techniques that can hide a growing baby bump.

“Viewers won’t have a clue. The big lab coats and gurneys will be hiding her belly.”

After gaining success for her breakout role in the 2003 hit film Bend It Like Beckham, Parminder shocked her strict Orthodox Sikh family by moving from her native England to Los Angeles.

“You have to go where the work is,” Parminder explained in a 2003 interview.

She also said she was going to give herself seven years – until she turned 35 – to make her mark in Hollywood before shifting her focus to starting a family.

Now, at the age of 33 and with five years on ER under her belt, she and photographer boyfriend James Stenson are ecstatic about welcoming their first child.
