Ex- Alaska gov and former GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin blasted President Obama as "that charismatic guy with a Tele-Prompter," but she was caught on a tape with a crib sheet written on her left hand during her keynote speech to the National Tea Party.

Photos and videos of Palin speaking at the convention Saturday captured her left palm, with brief reminders, including "Energy," "Budget," "Tax," and what appears to read, "Lift American spirit."  

On Friday, Msnbc and other media outlets reported hundred of e-mails made public that revealed hubby "First Dude" Todd Palin had a much bigger hand in shaping the 49th state's policies than was previous admitted.

Although The ENQUIER first revealed Todd was a "shadow governor" during the Palin's Troopergate crisis of the 2008 presidential election, it was swept under the media radar until now.

Elsewhere,  Palin's nemesis Levi Johnston's issue of Playgirl finally streeted and while displaying plenty of Levi, his  johnson is nowhere to be seen.
