Former resident honey of The O.C., Mischa Barton pleaded nolo contendere to charges of drunk driving.

The actress was charged with DUI, driving without a license to thrill and possession of Mary Jane.

After a little plea bargaining the DA’s office dropped the marijuana  and drunk driving charges, reducing the sentence to a mere slap on the wrist for The Misch.

The 22 year-old sexpot was sentenced to three years probation, a $2000 fine and a mandatory alcohol education class – hopefully one not taught by Lindsay Lohan.
