Contract holdout ZAC EFRON finally signed for Disney’s “High School Musical 3” – and it ain’t no Mickey Mouse deal! The young star’s raking in a whopping $6 million in salary alone – $2 million more than co-star VANESSA HUDGENS – but it gets even sweeter: Zac’s pact pays him a hefty percentage of ALL movie merchandise like calendars, CD’s, bed sheets, posters, etc. – so he’s practically a lock to pocket million$$ more.
