People.com, USA Today, AP and other news outlets proudly trumpeted their “big” news break on April 2 that Paul McCartney bought Courtney Love’s home in the Hollywood Hills for $4 million. Fellows, give ME a break! I busted that story wide open back in March, a full 10 days earlier. And I gave you the tantalizing tidbit they missed — that one condition of the sale was that Courtney had to move out in one week flat.
