Looks like LINDSAY LOHAN hasn’t fallen completely off the wagon since leaving rehab. After boozing at a New York party recently, she’s keeping up the battle to stay dry.

My Spywitness eyeballed Mean Grrl at a BevHills lounge with four fellas, all of whom ordered alcohol – but when the waitress helpfully suggested a glass of wine for Lindsay, the star replied…er, drily: “No, thank you, I don’t drink. I’ll have water, please.” Way to go, Ms. H2O!
