Still mega-embarrassed by his headline-making, unprofessional mispronunciation of “Frozen” singer IDINA MENZEL’s name at the Oscars – when he stupidly introduced her as “Adele Dazeem” – JOHN TRAVOLTA begged for the chance to rectify his blunder by introducing her once again before her performance at the Tony Awards…but got shot down big-time!
Said a source close to Menzel: “John sent word through his reps that this time he’d pronounce her name perfectly.
"He had high hopes she’d give him a second chance – but was stunned when Idina sent word that she wouldn’t even consider asking roducers to bring him on…adding, ‘Once was quite enough, thank you!’”
