Larger-than-life Anna Nicole Smith’s “E!” TV reality show got TOO real for the camera crew when she went to the ladies’ john — and forgot her tiny microphone was still transmitting! Suddenly, the set was flooded with live audio so real the “E!” crew flushed red and went . . . “E!-E!-E!-E!” Crew members pounded on the door and yelled at Anna to kill her mike as she squealed, “OOH, this is SO embarrassing!”
