SWIFT SKIMPY SKIRT ALERT FROM TAYLOR'S MOM

She’s the hottest act in country music today, but 19-year-old cutie TAYLOR SWIFT’s not too old to get scolded by mom/manager ANDREA SWIFT, who went NUTS when her darling daughter started flashing more skin than dress on the ELLEN DEGENERES show.

Watching the show from the green room, Mom was all smiles until Taylor sat down – and her cute li’l minidress went up…up…UP, progressing from thigh-high to ai-yai-YAI!

“Stop the taping…we’ve got to stop the taping,” shrieked Andrea. Backstage staffers summoned the stage manager, who tried to calm her as she babbled about not wanting her daughter to get a naughty reputation like BRITNEY SPEARS, blah, blah, blah…but then he told her the bad news: WE CANNOT STOP THE TAPING!

Frustrated, Andrea paced backstage until a commercial break, then sent Taylor’s stylist onstage with a Swift warning to keep her dress down and avoid any more northern X-posure.
